CODE OF CONDUCT
MANDATORY PRE-REGISTRATION
All groups must sign up online prior to the event. Due to limited staging space, walk-ins will be turned away.
CHECK-IN PROTOCOL
Every group must check in at the official tent upon arrival. A designated representative with a valid photo ID is required to complete check-in.
NO CANDY HANDOUTS
For the safety of spectators and to keep the route clean, throwing or passing out candy and objects is strictly prohibited. Flyers are permitted if handed directly to an individual on the sidewalk.
MUSIC & AUDIO
If your entry includes speakers or live music, you must notify Parade Representatives during signup so we can space units correctly in the lineup.
FLOAT SAFETY
Participants must remain on their floats or vehicles at all times while the parade is in motion. Jumping on or off moving vehicles is not permitted.
ALCOHOL & SMOKING
The staging area and parade route are dry zones. No alcohol or smoking/vaping is permitted by participants at any time.
ANIMAL ENTRIES
Any group featuring horses or other animals must provide their own "clean-up crew" to follow the unit immediately.
STAGING GAP
Please maintain a consistent 30-foot gap between your group and the unit in front of you to avoid "traffic jams" on the route.
